Creating final design sheet.

After creating my initial design sheets for my FMP, I decided that I wanted to create a Skyline that was evenly balanced, and that included some of the elements and principles of design such as, Emphasis; so that the Skyline would look more interesting and would help catch people's eye, Balance; so that everything seemed to be in the correct position and didn't seem to be misplaced, Form; to make sure that all the different styles of architecture helped form a different and unique Skyline that, if it were to be created it would be a one of a kind and stand out to others, Colour; which would once again help emphasise different parts of the Skyline due to the use of mixed media, and proportion; which would help the skyline look as if it has different layers building it up.

This is the final design that I have created for my Final piece, which is created from 16 separate drawings that is going to look like a panoramic view. However, as I have decided to create such a long Skyline, I didn't have long enough paper, therefore I had to glue 2 separate pieces of paper together, so that it was able to fit the whole design onto the sheet of paper. The final piece is going to have a blue background to try and create a sky effect to make it look more interesting also, as this design was created from just photocopies of my sketchbook; I will be recreating each of the 16 drawings again, but of better quality and colour. I will be creating this using different medias including, HB Pencil, Graphite, Coloured pencil, Pen, either acrylic paint or ink for the background and even different types of paper such as plain white paper and parcel paper.
