Customer profile board

Creating my customer profile board, i had to create a person who would be interested in visiting the civic to see our work for the Mother and Child project. My Customer was :
- Female.
- 30+ years of age.
- Had 3 children.
- An art teacher.
- Married.
- Drives a Nissan Qashqai.
-Owns a pet dog.
- Lives near the Civic as she wouldn't be able to drive for because of her children.

We had to find images using Pinterest to describe these quotes, so that people would be able to look at the images and know who the customer was without seeing any writing.  This is what my customer profile board looked like:

However, once I had completed this I realised that I hadn't included an age on the board so people are unable to tell how old my customer would be.
These are some of the examples that I had looked at before creating my own-

I really like this customer profile board, as I feel that the images link really well to what the customer is meant to be, however there are some parts of the customer that aren't shown through photos such as magazines, being engaged or having nights out with friends, which I feel makes her look like she keeps to herself.

Now, this customer profile board is a little more like mine, as it doesn't include any writing. However, it does make it a little harder to understand the customer. From the images on the board, I feel that it is an adult aged 30+ who lives in London, likes coffee, uses taxis as transport, likes fashion and is interested in photography and art, visiting galleries such as The Tate.

This is  also another example which i like, but I feel it doesn't include enough photos to help describe the customer. I understand that the customer is interested in fashion and likes to keep in trend, however it doesn't show any other of his interests or hobbies, which is also something that I have forgotten to include within my own customer profile board.

Oil painting

For my specialist subject fine art, I had to create an oil painting. This was my first time using oil paints so I wasn't very certain on how it would turn out, however I was determined to try and create something really detailed. I was so pleased with the out come! I used a secondary image to copy from, which I found whilst looking for my secondary research on Pinterest. The image was by a Spanish artist known as Cayetano de Arquer Buigas who was born  (January 11th, 1932- September 13th, 2012) This is an image of what my outcome was like half way through.

When creating this, I rubbed most of the oil paint off of the brush so that I could control the paint more. This helped me blend in all of the different tones, which worked really well. However, the artist did apply his paint a lot thicker than what I have done here. I am thinking of creating something similar to this for my final piece, but in my own way.
Unfortunately I was unable to complete this as I couldn't find to time to complete it.
